When an order is placed, postal charges are described a 'First Class' although in fact they have been calculated in accordance with Second Class rates.

If making multiple purchases or (where applicable)  requiring shipping by UK 1st Class or Courier- the latter both in the UK and definitely Overseas - is required, then please note the following:

2). If appropriate, the preferred COURIER (both in the UK or OVERSEAS), and

3). If applicable and again outside the UK, the COUNTRY to which the order is to be shipped to.

Mostly Black and White. 46 pages. Softback. Min. fading to both front and back covers- age- but nothing onerous. Pages clean and unmarked. Depicts both the 'Special Tanks' and the 'Coal Tanks'. The former were introduced into service from 1870 onwards and mainly used on freight services and later as departmental shunters with the last being withdrawn from service by BR circa mid- 1950s. The latter were built from 1881 onwards and were used mainly on passeger and freight services with the last member of the class being withdrawn by BR and preserved as No. 1054.
